From what "Weddingchicks" call it, fruit leather, is basically fruit roll-up. It is very flexible so it is perfect in making different shapes and forms! This tutorial teaches you how to make elegant-looking flower for cake/cupcake decorations!

Other than making chocolate decoration, this is another "safer" method to make decoration when you make them each individually and then place it onto cake. Recommended for cake beginners! (or people who hate piping cream/frosting)
